PS2 Rachet Deadlocked

5 stars (nice acorrding to the shows showing it.) - the ratchet and clank games may be for teens but im 11 so... who cares i have all 3 and beat all of them im a (genuis)but ever since this one came out, eyes came to mind!! i had to get this game but i dont have it yet ever since i heard about this game and the other 2 jak x and sly 3 i studied all of them and made sure that when i get them they will be great as i saw them on tv (nice)and good for my awesome gaming skills but even if i dont have the game i can still picture it in my head with me playing it, i give it a 4 out of 5. 5 stars (4 is more) - i have all four ratchet and clank games and i have beaten three of them including this one there all fun but i couldnt beat the first one. 4 stars (its a preaty dang good game) - i only played this game for an hour and a half but i got all the way to the third world. however i am a fanatic about this sort of game so in a way i am suprised that i didnt get further. the wepons are very good, i was very impressed by the dual vipers. most of the time i dont like gladiator sort of games but this one was made so superbly well u have to be insane not to like it. the two bots that u get, "Sarge" and "Green" if i remember corectly, are absolutly hilarios. sarge is the traditional sargent, hard core and straight to the point. green is just like a new recrute, he still has nightmares about what happened to there last owner. i will stop telling u the plotline now so that u an go out and get it for ur self and figure it out. its a great game, have fun dying. ...

Everquest- Depths of Darkhollow

1 stars (Everquest was never better before any expansions) - For reviewer Babash "Babash" : Get a life. You are the biggest loser still playing this big pile of crap so you can spout of you level and number of AAs you have. The game no longer has any reasonable lore. This game is a pile of garbage. I mixed up retarded mess. Fighting Gods? Playing as Cats on the moon? The game has been dumbed down so much and classes have no balance left. Classes are now so insanely powerful that they have to continue throwing out garbage weird retarded expansions to try to make a challenge. But who could get into this game? The story line is obsolete. If you are still playing this crap, then it is only because you do not want to lose your precious digital character. Nevermind the fact the world is trash all around you, as well as characters are now. I would play only if the ever sold the original game server software to setup a private server amongst friends. SOE would make alot of money if they sold the original game in this way, or provided an original server to play on. 5 stars (Depths of Darkhollow from beta) - Hi, I have played EQ for many years. It's been fun with lots of friends in various guilds. It was always a problem when my friends would get to various stages different than the one I was at. It would seem ideal that all your friends are the same level of gear/flags as you are, but it seems that you level with people that are there to win and you find friends in other places. That's how my EQ time with friends has been, they and myself always in different guilds and at different stages of game. DoD allows you to even the play field with any friend and you won't ever not have the class of character you need. The spirit shrouds give you all classes to play at any level equal orlower than yourself in stages of 5(70,65,60,etc.) So if your group needs a cleric, then by all means use a shroud and become a cleric. If your group has two clerics and no dps, then become a wizard...

5 stars (Necessity) - Anyone witha PS2 has one. It's that simple. It's not exactly great because because it's annoying in the first place that the feature of memory wasnt on the PS2 in the first place. 5 stars (had problems) - If u buy gta vice city and u buy cherry poppers and u save the game there all of ur memmory card says meomory failed 5 stars (This Is As Essential As Bread And Water) - If you have a PS2 the You Absolutly need a Memory Card and this is the best one you can buy for your PS2. This is the official Memory Card, it's made by the same company who made the Playstation system. You should not be caught owning a PS2 without a memory card, it's really essential. Save your progress, high scores and you can transfar data from card to card. It might be a little expensive but it's worth it. ...

PS2 SLY 3

4 stars (boring after you beat it) - First off, I don't have this game. I dont want to get this game. I bought Sly 1 and 2. I finished both of them. The problem is, you cant do anything after you beat the game. If there was multiplayer, I wouldn't have sold those games. I'd rent it. Its worth $40 if there was multiplayer or online play 5 stars (A great Game Trilogy Overall!) - I love the new locations in this new game! You get to go to Venice, China, a pirate island, Holland, and Dr. M's island, a baboon mad scientist who is the final boss in Sly 3. My favorite boss is General Tsao, the chinese rooster who looks very cool but very hard to defeat. China is my favorite level, because it's the largest level in the game. My least favorite boss is Dr. M, because he relys on his big machine on his brain that releases fire and all that bad stuff. Dr. M's Island is my least favorite level, because you can't travel around the whole island. The only complaint I have from the game are those boring, but pretty hard 2-D computer shooter mini-games. Those are just wasting my time! Isn't there an alternative way to these 2-D shooters? Anyways, i hope there is a 4th Sly game where Sly pretends to be in love with CArmelita, but goes out theiving when she doesn't know it. This would be a great beginning for the 4th Sly game to the end of the 3rd Sly game! 5 stars (The Best Sly Yet) - Sly2 was worlds above Sly1, and Sly3 made the franchise even better. The game is extremely long, pretty challenging (especially near the end), and has replayable levels with "Master Thief" extras like beating the clock, etc. The "Master Thief" levels are very difficult, IMO and I've only been able to do a few of them, but it makes the game still fun to play. I finished it yesterday--one of the few games that I actually finish. Be prepared for an excruciating level boss run at the end. Totally worth every curse word out of my mouth :) You'll be glad you have this game. ...

God of War

4 stars (not for kids) - God of War is a great game! But not for younger players. The bad things you do are have sex, there is lots of blood, lot of bad language. This is a great game for older players though. You could do excellent combos such as grab an enemy and rip them straight in half! You get awsome weapons too! You get two long chains that are melted into Kratos' arms. At the end of the chains there are blades. These are called the Blades of Chaos. These blades are fast and cause a lot of damage, that is if you upgrade the swords to max. 5 stars (As good as action gets) - This game does not have many flaws it is a hell of a lot of fun and i really enjoyed playing it. The only downside is that it is a little short well maybe not short but you don't want it to stop. Its gory, beautiful, challenging, a great game with a lot to offer. 5 stars (Wow) - It takes a great deal for me to buy M rated games. I swear by my belief that violence isn't needed to make a videogame good (though I'll never believe in censorship), and nudity should have never even been mentioned in the same sentence. For a long time videogames were geared toward children. Yes, those children grew up. But, and this is big, those one-time children also had children who will no doubt play video games. And the rating system sucks, to be completely honest. But with that out of the way, I highly recommend this game (what a change, huh?). It is easily the best PS2 game of 2005, even better than Metal Gear Solid 3. And it's better because it's more of an experience than an actual game. There are few moments when you can put the controller down. Everything is interactive, with mini-games popping up in the oddest places to change the pace. PlayStation 2 Eye Toy

4 stars (Great fun!) - My son (11 years old) and I have played this together and had a blast. It is fun to watch him play alone too. When his cousins come over they all take turns playing together and seem to really like it. Great fun for rainy days! 5 stars (Eye Toy - Gets you moving) - With a hot summer I found my kids 7 & 10 playing more and more video games - we purchased the eye toy and they had a blast getting up and moving, the interaction was alot of fun. 5 stars (All 4 my son) - I ordered this for my sson because we could not find it in the store. Little did I know that I actually saved a lot of money by ordering it here. He loves it! He actually thinks it is good exercise for him as well! 1 stars (Consumer alert) - Don't be fooled by Amazon's claim that this bundle includes a "FREE" game - it doesn't. The price of the bundle is exactly the same as the sum of the individual items' prices, and thus no "FREE" item is included (as advertised). 1 stars (Two faulty PS2 consoles) - I purchased the new "slim" PS2 console as a birthday gift for my sons. The first unit quit reading discs after 2 days. We received a replacement unit and it stopped reading discs after 1 day. 5 stars ( Playstation 2 Brings the Best of Gaming for EVERYONE in the Family! It's a Fantastic Product at a Great Value Price!) - My personal experience with gaming began long before the Atari Game System. I can remember playing Squash and other basic "Ping Pong-Like" games and feeling like I was at the top of the world and could stay entertained for hours. The Playstation 2 is simply one of the best gaming devices that has ever been developed. My personal opinion is that you're getting a fantastic bang for your buck when you make your first Playstation 2 purchase. You'll find an extremely vast amount of interesting and valuable games that are available for this great console. It's not made of steel, however I've found it to withstand the durability test by falling down over 20 times and even being chewed on by a small puppy! I hope that this review was helpful in at least one way. I've not covered all of the many, many details that are available on this site and others. What I've tried to do is pass on my own personal opinion to other interested consumers. I've on a very small budget but purchasing a Playstation 2 console made total sense to me. Instead of running to the movies all the time-you'll find yourself and your kids totally entertained for hours and even days at a time. The memory in this unit allows you to take a break-so you can actually sleep and not worry that your High Score will not be lost. 5 stars (It's "David and Goliath" like you've never seen) - You want something different in the world of video games? Are FPSs, licensed movie games, and cheap knock-offs a tedious affair for your entertaiment, and you want something that's inventive AND fun? Well...WHY DIDN'T YOU READ OTHER PEOPLE'S OPINIONS ABOUT THIS?! Why me? - REVIEW There's something to be said about the story in "Shadow of the Colossus." Quite simple really: a young latin-speaking man called Wonder goes to the forbidden land to kill 16 colossi for the revival of a dead girl. Who is she really: his girlfriend? His sister? A victim of unspeakable circumstances? All we known is that he cares for her so much that he'll stagger against gigantic, monstrous beings, with only his magical sword and his trusted horse. It was satisfying to defeat colossus after colossus, but it became heartbreaking as it reaches its closure. Full of doubts, confusion, and questioning on who's good and bad, I was almost in tears by the end of the game. This is the most compelling story I've ever played, and that says a lot, since this game has very little narratives. "Shadow of the Colossus" succeeds in ways that "ICO", the game made by the same company, haven't. Sure, gamers love "ICO", but I personally find that game to be very limited in game and value. Here, they've done almost everything right in "Colossus." It's not only a game with artistic value, but it has an unique AND (importantly) entertaining gameplay. Davey-boy might have defeated Goliath with a stone, but can he and his stone defeat 16 other "Goliaths"? I don't think so. The scale alone makes this game awesome to recommend; everything that's small from a distance instantly becomes big as I get close, like in real life. 5 stars (Action, Action, Action) - I love this game it has 32 players. It just like the movie "Black Hawk Down". It has a lot of graphics and adventures in it. Go get this game and play it. 5 stars (Wowser!) - This is a very captivating game. This is the follow up to Socom 2 and the Original Socom. And it is another blockbuster. Even though there are a few glitches throughout the game all that can be overlooked by how well the game play is, in both the single player and multiplayer online, with up 32 players. 5 stars (Intelligent warfare) - This game has better intelligence, in terms of A.I. but also in equipment, options, and gameplay. The enemy is smarter, they try to surround you, they find cover, and they surrender when outnumbered. Try not to be too trigger happy, or you can kill some enemies already giving up. The weapons recoil depending on the size, and the environment and vehicles react very realistically. Just to note: The laser designator only works from a relatively short distance, but if you are out of range, you just dont know until you realize notting happens. If you aim a tank but the sight wont go from white to red, you are out of range. Dont get too close tho, or the blast of the missile will reach you. The checkpoints are a relief, since missions take longer now to resolve. The stealth kills are now easier to perform, since the activation of the action is now smarter.
